Obituary of Richard Miholic

Richard "Ric" Miholic, 65, of Waukegan, IL passed on March 22, 2015. Ric was born November 14, 1949 in Waukegan. He attended Waukegan High School and was class of 67, then graduated from Washburn Trade School in Chicago, IL. Ric worked in the construction business most of his career and retired as a real estate broker. He also enjoyed carpentry, being a carpenter by trade. Ric loved taking trips on his Harley and playing golf in his spare time. Survivors include his children, Kurtis Miholic of IL, and Michelle Olsen of WI; grandchildren, Michael and Brianna Olsen; siblings, Dale (Gail) Miholic of IL, Sharon (George) Butkus of IL, and Michaelene Majkut of WI; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Jeanette Miholic; and maternal and paternal grandparents. A funeral service will be held Monday, April 6, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. Friends may greet the family from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be private for the family.
