Obituary of David J. Slovnik

David J. Slovnik died Sunday, July 24, 2016. Dave was born May 19, 1943 in Waukegan, IL and lived there until 1989 at which time he moved to Beach Park, IL. He loved the outdoors; especially fishing and gardening. His fishing trips included trips to Ontario and British Columbia in Canada, the Florida Keys and yearly trips to Lacrosse, WI and the U.P. of Michigan. He also loved dogs which he owned for 35 years. He leaves behind a son, Thomas; brother, Frank; nieces and nephews; also his much loved dog friends, Mitchell, Maestro, Abby, Brit, Mia, Willie, Scout, Buddy, Terry and Tucker. Services will be private for the family.
