Obituary of Tracy Ann Cullum

Tracy Ann Cullum, 40, of Beach Park, IL died August 26, 2017 at home.

Tracy was born June 12, 1977 in New Port Richey, Florida.  She married Edgar Cullum Jr. on October 2, 2006 in Waukegan, Illinois.  Tracy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints, Gurnee 1st Ward.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Edgar Cullum Jr.; sons, John David and Jerry; stepchildren, Tony and Cora Lynn; father and mother, Johnny and Jacqueline Adkins; sister, Stacy Ann Johnson; brother, Johnny Roy Adkins; father-in-law, Edgar Sr.; and sister-in-law, Teri (Gus) Kozina.

She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Janet Marie Cullum; brother-in-law, Charles Wayne Cullum; and uncle Bugs Cullum.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 411 O'Plaine Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family would be appreciated.
