Jeanette Haske

Obituary of Jeanette Haske

JEANETTE  HASKE, after a courageous battle with cancer, was called home by her Lord and Savior, on Wednesday, Nov 15th 2017. She was 56 years young, from Beach Park, Illinois.

Jeanette was a wife, mother, grand-mother, daughter, and sister. She was surrounded by her loving family as she ascended to Heaven.

She was married to Junior Haske on May 03, 1991 – they had four boys Justin and Jonathan, Jordan, and Jeremiah, and a daughter by heart, Teri-lyn Shea.

Jeanette and Junior’s family grew in love with the addition of their children’s spouses; Krista, Nikki, Sarah, and Sean. They were blessed with 4 grandchildren; Jamilynn, Lucille, Emma, and Levi. Teri-lyns daughters, Skylar and Kyleigh were fortunate in being both family and neighbors.

Jeanette was the eldest child of Pat and Terry Learsch; Jeanette was the adored sister of Sharon, Rory, Joyce, Kenny, and “Little” Terry. She was the affectionate aunt of their children Gina, Pattie, and Anna; Tabitha, Natalie, Ashley and Danielle; Chris and Seth; Patricia, Samantha, Rebecca, Kenny Jr., Shelby, and Kelly; Terry and Emilee.  Her Aunt Nancy, Uncle Steve, and cousins Leslie and Debbie, and Bobbie also shared a special place in her heart.
Jeanette was daughter in-law to William and Arlene (deceased), sister in-law to Kelli, Karen, Doreen (deceased), and brother in-law Brian. She was a loving aunt to their children Shalea, Brianna, and Ryan; Cody, Kaleb, and Romi; and Teagan and Braden.

Through her salvation in Jesus Christ, Jeanette cherished her role of being a daughter of God. The Lord was by her side during all of life’s blessings and struggles.

Jeanette was proceeded to heaven by her brother “Little” Terry, grandparents Myrtle and Bob Leipart, Geneva and Joe Learsch; aunt’s Marilyn, Birdie, and Jeanie; uncle’s Julius, Jerry, and Billy. We know that she is in heaven now bringing joy and laughter in similar ways as she did on earth.

Jeanette was the embodiment of love; her passion and tenderness were experienced by everyone she touched. Her joyous compassion was felt by any who came in contact with her. As a gifted in planner, Jeanette had a gratifying and successful career planning events for first responders and their families, churches, and community organizations.

She will be remembered as a mother that never missed an event for her children, Jeanette valued faith, integrity and loyalty and was known to sacrifice self to be available to anyone in need. Heaven needs Jeanette’s talents and love now and she has followed the call. She has left us here on earth with enduring memories of her beautiful smile, her devotion and amazing love. In short, to know Jeanette, you are her family.
