1946 — December 14, 2017

Carolyn "Sis" Quade Rosa,71, of Kenosha, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away on Thursday December 14, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Chicago, IL on May 23, 1946, the daughter of the late Edwin Sullivan and Rose Lee.  Carol worked for the Chicago Police Dept. back in the1980s, her Districts were the 13th and 14th and the 23rd and the 25th. She received several awards during her time in the Police Depatment.  She worked with Carol Miller, Sara Cruz, Nellie, and Cathy who became very good friends.

Before working for the City of Chicago, she raised 5 children until she met the love of her life, Hector in 1977. She is preceded in death by her parents Rose Lee of Lisle, IL and Edwin Sullivan of TN, brother Bobby Gene Sullivan of Lisle, IL, nephew Scotty Glass of Chicago, IL and her husband Hector.

Carolyn loved to go camping and fishing and especially watching Nascar Racing.

Surviving Carolyn are her loving children; Kimberly (Timothy) Martin, Herbert Quade, Richard Quade, Charles Quade, and Jodi (Rafael) Garcia, loving grandmother to Nichole (Michael) Needham, Timothy (Amanda) Martin, Thomas Quade, Heriberto Badillo, Herbert Quade Jr., Olivia (Michael) Heuveline, Jennifer Garcia, Andrew Garcia, Rehanna Quade and Victoria Quade, loving great grandmother to; Alexander Needham, Roxanne Badillo, Autumn Quade, Taegan Quade, Annie Needham, Sophia Martin and AJ Needham, fond Sister of James "Bubba" (Ellen)  Sullivan of TN, John Sullivan of Lisle, Allen (Maryjo) of TN, Steven (Rebekah) Sullivan of TN, Edward Sullivan of TN, Cindy (Daniel) Price of VA, Debra Kratochvil of Lisle. Gail Sullivan of TN. Pamela Boyette of Harvard and Sandra (Gary) Wall of FL and stepfather J.E. Lee “Pops” of Harvard, IL. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held at the Congdon Funeral Home on Tuesday December 19th from 4-8 pm and will continue on Wednesday from 10:00 until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Pineview Memorial Park.
