David L. “Dave” McCray Jr., 53, of Zion, IL died at home.
He was born April 25, 1964 in Highland Park, IL. Dave was a member of a local motorcycle club. His sense of humor would light up any room. When he was smiling you could not help but smile with him.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years Debbie; children David L. McCray, Steven P. McCray, and Megan E. (Brian King) McCray all of Ohio; one granddaughter Emma E. King; his father Dave (Julie) McCray of Zion, IL; and siblings Jason Berry (Jay Ryan) of Chicago, IL, Jeremie Berry of Pleasant Prairie, WI, and Colin McCray and Caitlin McCray both of Chicago, IL.
He was preceded by his mother Patricia Berry; and his grandmother Dorothy Peterson.
A visitation will be held on Monday, July 10, 2017, from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL.
