Page, Arthur "Skip" L. 80, of Kenosha, WI, and formerly of Rapid City, South Dakota, and Wadsworth, IL, died on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at home, following a long illness.
Skip was born June 16, 1933, in Philadelphia, PA, and served with the United States Air Force in the Korean War. He worked briefly in law enforcement with the Mill Creek Illinois Police Department and worked in Hotel Management. Skip also worked as an optician with Medical Eye Services. He enjoyed woodworking, golf, traveling in his RV, and photography.
Survivors include his children, Brad (fiancee, Korey Kennedy) Page of Antioch, IL, Lisa (fiance, James Strandburg) Page of Kenosha, WI, Pamela (Bill) Barker of Phoenix, AZ, Mark (Carrie) Dauksavage of North Dakota, Marcelle (Rebecca) Dauksavage of South Dakota, Donnie (Bruce) Bergman of Minnesota, Andrea Dauksavage of Rapid City, South Dakota, and Jared (Jami) Dauksavage of Illinois; long time companion, Jo Steele of Kenosha, WI; 21 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and first wife, Patricia Page of Wadsworth, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wheeler and Frederica Page; and wife, Marilyn Page.
Visitation will held on Monday, February 10, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion IL, with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. Final resting place will be at a later date at Black Hills National Cemetery, South Dakota. Memorial donations are suggested to the Hospice Alliance, 10220 Prairie Ridge Blvd., Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.
