Ash Chloe Lauseng, 9, of Zion IL, left us early on Saturday after a long battle with epilepsy to join her grandfather, Antonio Donile, and cousin, Mercedes Wisniewski, in heaven.
Ash was a brilliant, charismatic, charming and ambitious girl. She was kind and comical with a heart of gold. Ash was awarded Student of the Month multiple times at her school Beulah Park Elementary, most recently in September of 2016. Ash was a straight A student, she loved school and anyone involved in her education. Ash was always the brightest person in the room. She had a perfect smile and a laugh that could make you melt. Ash very seldom had a bad day. If she was having a bad day you could simply cheer her up by simply making a funny face. Ash enjoyed video games, writing, art, swimming and playing dress up.
She is survived by her parents, Aaron and Tara (Jones) Lauseng, brother, Aaron Lauseng Jr. and sister, Patricia Jones. Grandparents, William Lauseng, Patricia Donile, Bill and Barb Jones, and Susan Lauseng. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be held Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. Friends may greet the family at 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Epilepsy Foundation in memory of Ash Chloe Lauseng.
