Barbara Lee Lamping, 79, of Zion Illinois passed away surrounded by her family on December 18, 2022. She was born on October 12, 1943 the daughter of Joseph (Elanor Goetz) Lamping in Chicago, Illinois.
Barbara is survived by her two daughters Veronica (Adam) Turner, Barbara (Dale) Hoke; seven grandchildren, Karissa Mears, Blake Mears, Crystal Adams, Trisha Webster, Steven (Nikki) Pickens, Jackee Swiontek, Yvone Swiontek; twelve great-grandchildren; and several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her son Robert 'Spike' Swiontek; parents; siblings Carol Miller, Ray Lamping, June Norton.
Memorial visitation will be held Friday, December 30, 2022 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, Illinois 60099.
