Darla Neeve-Ratchford

Darla Neeve-Ratchford, 50, of Zion, IL passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Darla was born October 26, 1969 in Waukegan, IL to Mary Lee and George ‘Joe’ Neeve. Darla graduated from Cosmetology School and worked in that field for 32 years. On October 10, 2005, she married Kenneth Ratchford in Las Vegas, NV. Together they shared 14 years of marriage. Darla is survived by her husband, Kenneth Ratchford; children, Sean Stephenson, Tristan Ratchford, Kenneth Ratchford Jr., Clayton Ratchford, Ava Ratchford and Amy Ratchford; siblings, George Jr. (Pam) Neeve, James (Ronnae) Neeve, William (Shelly) Neeve, Diane (Christine) Neeve, Dawn (Mike) Ratchford, Carla (Michael) Amann, Tony (Angie) Bean, Heidi (Bill Jr.) Dermody; father-in-law, Jack Bean; and nieces and nephews, George Neeve III, Natalie Neeve, Christopher Neeve, Vanessa Dippel, Eric Neeve, Chelbie Neeve, Jacob Neeve, Michelle Mrozek, Melissa Fort, Cassy Harris, Jared Neeve, Michael Ratchford, Jr., Chris Amann, Alyssa Amann, Nicholas Amann, Sean Coutley, Jonathan Bean, Nathan Bean, Shelby Hall, Max Dermody, Keira Dermody, Conner Dermody and Megan Dermody. She was preceded in death by parents, Mary Lee and George ‘Joe’ Neeve; mother-in-law, Billie Bean; and brother, Raymond Neeve. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park in Zion.
