David is survived by is children, Dakota Muma, Dustin Muma, Dylin Muma, David Muma Jr., Dominic Muma, and Dayton Muma; his mother, Cheryl Diaz; and his siblings, Michelle Troullier, Jolina Muma, and Victor Muma. There will be no services at this time.
