Dorothy Webb

Dorothy Webb, 97, of Kenosha, WI died February 15, 2016 at Brookside Nursing Home. Dorothy was born September 2, 1918. Dorothy is survived by two brothers; Alvin (Eunice) and Oliver (Joyce) Perschke. She is also survived by a son; Howard (Elaine) Webb; daughter, Carolyn (Charles) Faulk; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband, Howard; sisters, Mable, Helen, Eva, Emily, and Bernice; and brothers, Louis, Eugene and Robert. Dorothy enjoyed crocheting, baking, sewing and doing things for her family. She cherished her role as a pastor’s wife, and loved being a true help to her husband. She was a homemaker for many of her years, but did work for some time doing office work. She will be missed dearly by so many, and she looked forward to being with her Lord when the time came to part with loved ones. She attended Kenosha Bible Church for many years. We want to thank Brookside Care Center for their kind care of Dorothy these past 6 years. Also, we wish to thank Hospice Alliance (Especially Terri) for all they did to make Dorothy’s last months so much better for her. Each person that cared for her had touched her life in a special way. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion. Friends may greet the family from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hickory Union Cemetery, Antioch, IL.
