Frances Petersen

Frances J. Petersen, 80, passed away January 5, 2012 in Arkdale, Wisconsin. Frances was born February 8, 1931 in Waukegan. She was a member of the Zion-Benton Moose Lodge, the National Realtors Association and a long standing member of the Daughters of Penelope. Frances enjoyed collecting yard gnomes as well as other yard decorations. She enjoyed fishing and crocheting when she was younger. Frances is survived by her husband James Petersen; daughter Elaine ( Herman) Holub-Stampfli of Madison, WI; son James Jasinski of Eau Claire, WI; step-son Joey (Michele) Petersen of Racine, WI; grandchildren William Lust, Julia Lust, Kristina Jasinski, James Jasinski, Georgie Jasinski; step-grandchildren Christina (Matt), Fredriksen, Cullen Brookins, David (Angel) Stampfli, Kristine (Jeff) Coleman; and step-great-grandchildren Ada Rose Fredriksen, Sydney Stampfli, Austin, Emily, Aaron, and Kami Coleman. She was preceded in death by one brother Paul Zagoras; father James Zagoras; and her Mother Ellen Harper. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
