Gloria Wollert

Gloria ‘Jean’ (nee Brock) Wollert, 74 of Winthrop Harbor passed away Tuesday December 1st, 2020 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. Jean graduated from Zion-Benton Township High School in Zion, Illinois. Jean served as a 911 Operator Dispatcher in Winthrop Harbor and Zion, Deputy Village Clerk in Winthrop Harbor. Winthrop Harbor Baseball Association Board Member and Treasure and most importantly Mom and as Grandma Jean. Due to the impact and risk of COVID-19 to her friends and family, services or memorial will be considered at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Aurora Health Care Foundation in her honor for Stroke Victims. Jean is preceded in death by her mother Virginia Dare Brock, father Edward Brock, sister Mary (nee Brock) Thatcher, brothers Joe, Tim and Jerry Brock. She is survived by her husband Ted Wollert, son Matthew Wollert, granddaughters Amanda (nee Wollert) Romsey and Lauren Wollert, grandson Matthew Wollert and her sister Debbie (nee Brock) Percival.
