Jack Lolmaugh, 82, a resident of Rolling Hills Place, formerly of Waukegan, IL, joined his wife Peg in Heaven on June 9, 2012. He was a proud member of the United States Army during WWII.
Jack was a well respected partner in Modern Home Builders and was instrumental in developing the community. He was an award winning stained glass craftsman and model train enthusiast. He loved to share his joy of fishing and spending time with his family.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Peg; and 4 great-grandchildren Adrianna, Max, Angel, and Manuel.
He is survived by his daughters Susan (Time) Spivey, Nancy (John) Drysdale, and Linda (Tony) Krause; grandchildren Becky (Jason) Hopkins, Heidi (Craig) Houston, Kim (Manuel) Marban, and Johnny Spivey; great-grandchildren Jake, Ali, Evan, Madeline, Nolan, and Charlie; and his brother Jerry (Bonnie) Lolmaugh.
The family would like to thank the staff of Rolling Hills Place, the staff of Monarch Hospice, and his dear friends who supported us on his journey to Heaven.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13, 2012, from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL followed by a memorial service of celebration at 11:00 a.m.
