Jeana Kaye Dragonetti (nee Kinsman), 50, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, formerly of Kenosha, WI, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, while traveling through Orlando, FL. Jeana was born March 9, 1958, in Waukegan, IL, and attended school in Beach Park, IL, Zion, IL, and graduated high school in Milwaukee, Wl. She worked as sales representative for her father before moving to Florida in 1984 where she attended school and trained to be a surgical technician. Jeana was then employed as a surgical technician at the Cleveland Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale. She married Bobby Dragonetti of Ft. Lauderdale on February 14, 1987. They later divorced (but remained friends). Jeana loved animals and belonged to the Rabbit Rescue Organization in Ft. Lauderdale where she cared for many of the rescued pets in her home. She also twice in her life worked in jobs with physically and mentally challenged adults, for whom she had great compassion. Jeana's boundless imagination and quick wit will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, including her father, James (Karen) Kinsman of Racine, WI; mother, Jeanne Lewis of Pompano Beach, FL; sisters, Gail Khayat of Kenosha, WI; ,Jayne Kinsman of Chicago, IL, and Ann Kinsman of Washington D.C.; stepbrother, Michael Brathovde of Wisconsin; stepsisters, Kim Hayes of Wisconsin and Paige Stafford of Tennessee; uncle, Jerry Kinsman of Albuquerque, NM; niece, Sarah Kovach of Kenosha, WI; and many more friends and family members, including Shelly Tricosi, Diane "Dee-Dee" Garcia, Nancy Bjork, Bobby Dragonetti, and Bryan Tannenbaum. She was preceded in death by her nephew, James Michael Khayat; stepfather, George Lewis; and uncle, Tim Kinsman; aunt, Ann Cammack Knoflicek. Funeral Services are private for the family. Memorial donations are suggested to the Special Olympics, Attn: Web Gifts, 1133 19th St. NW, 12th Floor, Washington D.C. 20036-3604.
