Jeremiah Figgins Hunter

Jeremiah Figgins Hunter 26, of Huntington Beach, CA, formerly of Bristol, WI passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday November 2, 2021. Jeremiah was born on October 18, 1995 in Kenosha, WI. He graduated from Westosha Central High School in Salem, WI in 2014 and attended Gateway Technical College. Jeremiah loved his family, the ocean, music and writing poetry. He will be remembered for his ability to light up a room, his incredible smile, tender heart, amazing hugs, the deep and fierce love he had for his brothers, his gregariousness, charm, and the ability to talk himself out of any situation. Jeremiah was so loved by so many and is survived by his mother, Cindy (Figgins) Katris; stepfather, Nick Katris; his brothers, Jack and Jed Hunter; bonus siblings, Nicole, Paula and Billy Katris; aunts and uncles, Nancy Snyder, Mary (Juan) Rodriguez, Bonnie Jones, Randy (Connie) Snyder, Clarence (Virginia) Figgins, and Kathy (Doug) White; as well as numerous cousins, extended family, honorary uncle and aunt, Danny and Nancy Murphy; and close family friends, Shawna and John Neal, Greg Freels, Lina Juarbe and Mike Kaufman. Jeremiah was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Edith Figgins; and his uncle, Dennis Snyder. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park in Zion.
