Jerry Qualls

Jerry V. Qualls, 69, of Zion, Illiniois died January 31, 2013 at Northwestern Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. Jerry was born July 19, 1943 in Waukegan. He graduated from Zion-Benton Township Highschool and worked at AT&T for 34 years. He is celebrated by his wife of 49 years, Helen Qualls; his son Kenneth (Laura) Qualls, and daughter Victoria Qualls and grandchildren Joseph Madsen, Nakita Sindermann, Samantha Madsen, Dayna Qualls, Timothy Qualls, and Kaylee Qualls; 2 great-grandchildren Cadence and Kamrynn Sindermann; one sister Barbara (Joseph) Sallis; and two brothers Murray (Sandra) Qualls, and Michael Qualls. He has gone to join his father and mother, Eldridge and Lois Qualls. A Visitation will be held Monday, February 4, 2013 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Interment will be private for the family.
