Joanna Zupkus

Joanna Zupkus 96, of Round Lake Beach, IL previously of Waukegan, IL passed away peacefully on June 23, 2021. She was born on January 23, 1925 in Waukegan, IL the daughter of Jerome (Stella Docis) Shimulinas. Joanna married her loving husband William Zupkus Jr. on October 20, 1946 at St Bartholomew Church in Waukegan, IL. Joanna loved her family dearly and spent her time taking care of them. Joanna is survived by her children; Steve, Dana, Vince, Kathy; grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Joanna is preceded in death by her husband; son Michael Zupkus; parents. All services where held private, Joanna was laid to rest at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.
