Joseph S. Barczak

​Joseph S. Barczak RMCS USN Retired age 75, passed away at home on May 2, 2015. He proudly served his country for 24 years and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was loved dearly and his memory will be cherished by his wife of 52 years Marcia, son Joseph II (Dawn), daughter Michele (Andrew) Lavris, son Michael (Elizabeth) and daughter Phyllis Barczak. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. A private service with military honors will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015.
