Kathy Hampton

Kathy Hampton began her journey in Chicago, IL on November 30, 1958. Kathy was the loving wife of nearly 42 years to Michael Hampton, the mother to Joe (Monica), Michelle, and Jason (Jasmine). Omma to 8 grandkids, Mickayla, Destyni, Kaytlin, Joey, Kyleigh, Madison, Brayden, Zaine and 1 great-Omma to Jasper. Sister to Diana Dixon, Greg Hardy, Pattie (Wayne) Dolin, and Danny Hardy. Kathy was a devoted wife, mother and Omma. She had passion for her family. There wasn’t a thing she would not do for her grandkids. She will always be remembered for her kind heart and loving personality. When she was well, she loved to attend Confederate Railroad concerts, sewing, and sending morning coffee prayers on FaceBook to her friends and family. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and contagious laugh. Kathy is preceded in death by her mother & father (Marie & Cecil Hardy), brothers (Butch & Randy), sister (Brenda).
