Larry Wayne Kimble was one of five children born to Hairthona Kimble and Mary Opal (nee Connor) Kimble. Born May 21, 1953 in Pittsboro, Mississippi, he departed this life on Saturday August 13, 2022 at Lake Forest Hospital, Lake Forest Illinois.
Wayne found Christ at an early age and after graduating from high school. He moved to Zion, Illinois. Later he joined the holy matrimony to Mrs. Carrie Peet. Unto this union four children were born.
Wayne was a hardworking individual who made sure his family never went without. Wayne worked for Fiat Tractor Company as well as Kimble and Glaspie Landscaping and Blacktopping. And carried a variety of construction skills. Wayne’s pride was in his family, friends and work. He shared his landscaping knowledge and skills with many others over the years.
Wayne was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was always there for the ones he loved. He loved spending time in the garage with his close friends, good music, and a cold beer in his hand. His cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed by us all.
