Lawrence Elliott Williams, 73, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2012 in Zion after a rapid illness progression lasting a month. Beloved husband of 40 years to Shirley (nee Miller); loving father to Clifford, Sharon, Dale, Lawrence, Daryl (Marie), and Brian (Melissa); doting grandfather to Ethan and Morgan; devoted son of Francis and Minnie; and beloved youngest brother to Barbara and Francis. His family invites you to visitation from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 29. 2012 at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL followed by a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. No flowers please.
