Lorraine M. Larsen

Lorraine M. Larsen, 91, of Beach Park, IL died on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Grove at the Lake in Zion, IL. Lorraine was born April 17, 1924 in Zion, IL. She married Arthur Larsen on May 20, 1944 at their home in Zion. She was a long-time member of the North Prairie United Methodist Church in Winthrop Harbor and worked for Montgomery Ward in Waukegan for many years. Lorraine loved cats. She is survived by her children Jeff (Joan) Larsen of Beach Park, IL, Judy (Ken) Alter of Zion, IL, and Jim (Kriss) Larsen of Kenosha, WI; 8 grandchildren Kirk (Kim) Larsen of Libertyville, Jill (Jeff) Barningham of Bristol, WI, Jennifer (Russ Veinot) Larsen of Zion, IL, Pam Alter of Zion, Phillip (Helaine) Alter of Columbus, MS, Tricia Alter of Zion, Tiffany (Fred) Quaranta of Palatine, IL, and Tracy (Rock) Ridolfi of Glendale, WI; 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents Anna and Frank Davis; brother Leroy Davis, and her husband Arthur. Services will be private for the family.
