Ray Swift

Ray Swift, 41, of Waukegan, IL died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Condell Hospital in Libertyville. He was born November 13, 1972 in Waukegan, IL. Ray was a longtime member of Trinity Christian Center of Zion. He graduated from Mundelein High School in 1994 and has worked at Northpoint Resource Center in Zion since 1991. Survivors include his mother Zonda Swift of Waukegan; two brothers Brian (Crystal) Swift of Waukegan and Chuck Swift of Springfield, MO; two nephews Gage and Elijah Swift; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Wendell Swift. Visitation will be Monday, April 7, 2014, from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Christian Center, 2600 Lewis Avenue, Zion. A funeral service will follow at the Church at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Tim Eddy officiating. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Trinity Christian Center in Ray's memory.
