Raymond Lloyd Tate of Kenosha passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023 under the care of his family and Saint Croix Hospice.
Lloyd was born October 30, 1946 in Langlade County Wisconsin, son of the late Ed and Violet (Whitt) Tate.
While Lloyd was still a young child his parents moved to Waukegan, IL along with Lloyd and his sister Kathy, later moved to Zion, IL. Where Lloyd graduated from Zion Benton Township High School in May of 1965. Lloyd was united in marriage to Beulah Perry on February 7, 1969 in Waukegan, IL.
His desire in life for a career, even as a young man, was always to be painting and doing auto body work. Which he did for years with great professionalism. Lloyd enjoyed watching football games, country & western music, and westerns on tv. Most of all he had a great love for his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and always being there for them.

Sammy; great-grandchildren, Emily, Grace, Jackson Carter, Serena Caroline; sister, Kathy Tate; sister-in-laws, Pauline (Kermit) Large, Irene (Gary) Brown; brother-in-law, Arnold (Bobbie) Perry, Ed (Iliana) Perry.
A visitation will be held Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. at Spirit of Life Church 1222 Lorelei Drive, Zion, IL 60099.
