Thelma Kay Bahling, 71, of Kenosha, WI, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Aurora Hospital in Kenosha, WI.
She was born in Zion IL, on April 1, 1944, one of the first set of twins born to Archie and Florence Robinson. She attended local schools and graduated from Zion Benton High School. After graduation she married Edwin E. Bahling Sr. of Milwaukee WI. She was employed by Solo Cup in Deerfield IL for about a year and then was a housewife thereafter. Kay attended Journey Church of Kenosha WI. Kay enjoyed reading, praying, card games, and found stress relief in building with Legos.
Kay was preceded in death by her parents and two of her brothers; Norman and Marlin Robinson and a sister Lottie Carson.
Kay is survived by her Husband of 52 years, three children, Yvonne of Stanley WI, Rose Wick (Robert Jr.) of Kenosha WI, and Edwin Jr. of Mesa AZ and seven grandchildren, Gilbert Saldana (Kallie Tiger), Brandon Wick, Alec Saldana (Jennifer Sudak), Cameren Wick, William Wick, Cody Saldana, and Adriana Wick and three great grandchildren, Leo Sudak Olvera (6), Ryan Guererro Jr (3), and Damien Rafael Saldana (8 months), six brothers, Joseph Robinson (Edith), Larry Robinson (Elaine), Kenneth Robinson (Shirley), Dennis Robinson (Dreama), Allen Robinson (Joyce), and Mark Robinson (Jan),and seven sisters, Joyce Loudermilk, Selma Hulteen, Nancy Sexton (James), Sherry Scott (Dan), Ellen Tripp (Bryan), Colleen Simons, and Virginia Barnett (Mark).
A Celebration of Life Memorial for Kay will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 starting at 6 p.m. at Apostolic Faith Church, 1021 95th Street, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.
