Obituary of Terry Maidl

Terry Maidl, 64, of Park City, IL, died on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at Sheridan Health Care Center in Zion. Terry was born June 1, 1944, in Waukegan and was a 1963 graduate of Waukegan High School. He also was a 1966 graduate of the DeVry Institute. Survivors include his dear companion, Janice Stone of Park City; sister, Shelby Steplyk; uncle, Raymond Wallin of Waukegan; four nephews, Max and Dave Steplyk of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Tom Steplyk of Houston, TX, and Greg Steyblik of Beach Park. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Alexander and Helen Maidl. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 7, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, with Chaplin John Love officiating. Friends may greet the family on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
