David was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Monica Wheatley; his brothers, Thomas P. and Kenneth Wheatley; sisters, Frances Murley and Jackie Sue Waller both of Louisville, Kentucky; and his daughter-in-law, Lois Wheatley of San Jose, California.
