Obituary of Mary Lou Jones

Mary Lou "Mert" Jones, 72, of Waukegan, died on Friday, September 12, 2008, at home. Mert was born December 12, 1935, in Tomah, WI, and worked for General Binding Corporation in Northbrook fo many years. Later she owned her own day care service in Waukegan. She enjoyed ball room dancing and loved her late dog, Arthur. Mert is survived by her sisters, Betty "Tootie" Wilson of Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte "Red" Marrs of Pinson, AL, and Shirley Gunther of Waukegan, IL; brother, Robert (Susan) Jones of Waukegan, IL; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Arthur and Helen Jones; two sisters, and brothers-in-law, Warren Wilson and Morris Marrs. A Graveside Service is planned for Wednesday, September 17, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery, Tomah, Wl.
