Obituary of Roland Hoehn

Roland J. Hoehn, 80, of Zion, formerly of Chicago, died on Jan. 6, 2009, born and raised in Chicago, he moved to Zion 11 years ago, beloved husband of Mary Pat Hoehn, nee Bannon; devoted son of the late Christ and Rose. He retired after 30 years with General Motors Truck & Coach Division in Chicago. He was also a Veteran, having served with the United States Army during the Korean War. Visitation Saturday, Jan. 10, from 9 until 10 a.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Memorial Park, Zion. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Salvation Army have been suggested.
