Obituary of Sue Bresloff

Sue Bresloff, 91, of Zion, IL, formerly of Northbrook, IL, and Bradentou, FL (for 30 years) died on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2009 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. Sue was born Aug. 8, 1918 in Chicago and was a retired employee of the Sears store in Niles, IL. She belonged to ORT. Sue was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed knitting along with needle point. Loving mother of Robert (Debra) Bresloff fo Mundelein, IL; survived also by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Bess (Sam) Ekstein of Chicago; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband Joseph Bresloff in 1970; son Martin Bresloff in 1970; sisters, Lillian Rosenfeld and Esther Rothstein; and brother, Sonny Lampert. Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. Memorial donations are suggested to the American Heart Association .
