Obituary of Ella Steinsdoerfer

Ella Vernell Steinsdoerfer (nee Werner) born June 10, 1926 in Golconda, IL passed away July 9, 2011 at the age of 85. She is survived by her son Larry (Dorothy) Fowler; grandchildren Courtney (Dan) Sutton, Scott and Russell Fowler; great granddaughter Raina Sutton; sister Virginia (Allen) McCreary all of Zion; and nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband George, parents Oscar and Lockie Werner; siblings Loren Walters, Ronald and Wilbert Werner, Anna Geisert and Viola Friesen. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2011 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. A Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville
