Obituary of Christine Macy

Christine A. Macy, 42, of Chicago and formerly of Lake County, died on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at her home in Chicago. Christine was born March 22, 1969 in Chicago. She moved back to Chicago four years ago from Ingleside, IL. She was formerly employed at Country Squire Restaurant in Grayslake. Survivors include her son Joseph P. Macy Jr. of Winthrop Harbor, IL; her father James (Alba) Tucker of Hawthorne, CA; her mother Denise (Steve) Szymkwiak of Elmwood Park, IL; two brothers James (Dyna) Tucker Jr. of River Grove, IL and Jason (Tiffany) Bachar of Carol Stream, IL; her grandfather John Tucker of Beatrice, NE; and her ex-husband, Joseph (Lisa) Macy Sr. of Winthrop Harbor, IL. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Dushan and Lena Savich; and paternal grandmother Pauline Stohs. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011, from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion.
