Obituary of Jason Kozlowski

Jason L Kozlowski, 39, of Waukegan, IL, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012, at Advocate Condell Medical , Libertyville, IL. Jason was born May 7, 1973, in Waukegan, IL, and graduated from Zion-Benton Township High School in 1991. He worked as a carpenter for 19 years and belonged to Union Local #250. His main enjoyment in life was riding and maintaining motorcycles. Jason is survived by his fiancé, Desiree Lull (and their son, Jesse); children, Lauren, Kaleigh, Aaron, Jordan, and Anthony; his father and mother, James L .and Janette L. Kozlowski of Winthrop Harbor, IL; brothers, Jonathan Kozlowski of Winthrop Harbor, IL, and Jeff (Paula) Kozlowski of Zion, IL; nephews, Ethan and Zack Kozlowski; and niece, Emma Kozlowski. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
