Obituary of Michael Capp

Michael Lloyd Capp, 54, of Bristol, WI passed away September 6, 2012 at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. Mike was born March 12, 1958 in Zion. He graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign with a Masters of Science in Metallurgical Engineering. He is a member of Christ Community Church in Zion, and was recently attending Crossway Community Church in Bristol, Wisconsin. He was employed for 28 years at Laserage Technology Corporation in Waukegan. A man of high integrity, Mike was an intentional man who was passionate about his God, his family, and inspiring other people to greatness. Mike is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jerrie; children Amanda (Jacob) Barnard of Pleasant Prairie, WI, and Ahna Capp, Michael Capp, Geneva Capp, Sarah Capp and Joseph Capp, all of Bristol, WI; Mother and Father Arthur and Patricia Capp of Beach Park; siblings Patrick (Deborah) Capp of Wadsworth, Chris (Gary) Bereiter of Zion; Alicia Childers of Beach Park, Steve (Carol) Capp of Beach Park, John (Kathy) Capp of Beach Park, Dan (Jill) Capp of Kenosha, WI and Mari (Tom) Werth of Bristol. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Christ Community Church, 2500 Dowie Memorial Drive, Zion, IL with Pastor Mike Bullmore, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion, IL. A visitation will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the church.
