Neal L. Robinson, 86, of Zion, IL passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on July 1, 2017.
Neal was born April 3, 1931 in Zion. He served in the National Guard of Illinois from 1948 until 1959 and the United States Marine Corps from 1951 until 1953. Neal retired from Sears and was a member of Christ Community Church. He was a devout Christian and enjoyed spreading the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Survivors include his children, Randy N. (Karen) Robinson, Lori (Darren) Tupper, and Bradley Robinson; 2 grandchildren Jason Tupper, and Jennifer (Josh) Sawyer.
He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Darlene Robinson; son Gary S. Robinson; parents Sam and Lois Robinson; sister Dorothy (Alvin) Kelly.
Services will be private for the family. Memorial donations in Neal’s memory can be made to Camp Zion.
