Sharon Sarah Ritzert (nee Gagen), 77, of Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2017 at the Grove at the Lake in Zion, IL.
Sharon was born August 22, 1940 in Chicago and resided in Chicago her whole life. She worked for Illinois Bell, Marshall Fields, and Carson Pirie Scott.
Sharon is survivied by her daughter-in-law, Julie Ritzert; and a grandson, Christopher Kent Ritzert.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father Helen & Kent Gagen; brother, Willis “Bill” Gagen; aunt, Jenny White; and her son, Christopher Karl Ritzert.
Any donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Services will be private for the family.
