Obituary of Lillie B. Wesley

Lillie Benetta Wesley, 67, of Gurnee, IL, passed away May 12, 2020 at home. Lillie was born February 20, 1953 to Benjamin and Sallie B. Wesley in Waukegan, IL. She married the love of her life Jack Peurson in Zion, IL. She was a member of Zion Baptist Church and worked for many years at Rolling Hills Manor until she retired. Lillie is survived by her children, Lasalle (Luis) Wesley-Nazario, Lorenda (Eddie) Wesley-Blanton, and Essence M. Wesley; her grandchildren, Laroyce Nazario, Lavonne Nazario, and Luis Nazario; 3 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Benjamin L. Wesley and Edward T. Wesley; and her best friends, Kathy Brown and Mary Metcalf. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Pearson; her grandson, Lance A. Nazario; her mother, Sallie B. Wesley; and her father, Benjamin Wesley. Services at this time will be private for the family.
