Steven Wilder, 26, of Kenosha, WI passed away on June 14, 2020.
Steven was born on November 4, 1993 in Waukegan, IL. He is an alumnus of Our Lady of Humility School in Beach Park, IL. Steven graduated from Zion-Benton Township High School in 2012. He was employed by Uline for the past five years, where he received many awards.
Steven was passionate about music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He played by ear and also created his own music. Steven was the lead guitarist of the band Voyageur, formerly known as Saga City. He was very excited to release their first EP this past April. He was quick-witted and loved to make people laugh. He enjoyed going out to eat with friends. He loved pizza and good food. Steven was known for making red velvet cookies and a delicious, loaded mac and cheese dish. He had an infectious personality and a contagious laugh. He loved his cats Tyga and Princess Caroline; they were his babies. He enjoyed many concerts and camping trips with family and friends.
Steven is survived by countless people who loved him. His parents, Mary Sue & Joseph Wilder; brother, Joseph Wilder, Jr.; grandparents, George & Sue Habenicht, Bill & Verna Henderson, and George Wilder, Sr.; many aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Billy Wilder; and cousin, Sean Svenson.
