Obituary of JoAnn Mary Faro

JoAnn Mary Faro 74, of Zion, IL passed away peacefully on January 5, 2021 at Highland Park Hospital. The daughter of Irvin (Silvia) Walker on August 9, 1946. She married her husband David Faro Sr. on May 1, 1971 in Zion, IL. JoAnn graduated from Waukegan High School in 1964. She then proceeded to work as an administrative assistant for twenty five years. Then worked for the state of Illinois as a clerical supervisor. She enjoyed in her free time reading autobiography and biography books. She is survived by her husband David Faro Sr, her son David Faro Jr. and brother Bob Walker. She is proceeded in death by her parents, daughter Ami Faro, sister Margaret Reid, sister-in-law Tanya Walker, and brother-in-law Joe Reid. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. followed by a Memorial Service at 7:00 P.M. at Congdon Funeral Home located at 3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, IL 60099.
