Obituary of Cline Cartwright

Cline Cartwright, 66, of Easton, PA, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021, at St. Luke’s Hospital – Anderson Campus. Born February 6, 1955, in Booneville, Mississippi, he was a son of the late Ralph and Rothanell (Newborn) Cartwright. Raised in Illinois, Cline attended Waukegan Schools, before entering the workforce. Cline enjoyed a twenty-year career in construction, holding employment with Modern Home Builders. He then went on to work for Coca-Cola for nineteen years, retiring in 2017. Outside of work, he was an avid fan of Western films, enjoyed building and working in his yard, as well as spending time with his beloved dogs. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers: Joe and Bob Cartwright. Cline will be lovingly remembered by his wife of twenty-nine years, Carol (Plutchak) Cartwright; three daughters: Rachel Cartwright, Kelly Wuori, and Katie Reck; four brothers: Hershel, Ricky, David, and Dwayne Cartwright; two sisters: Millie Moore and Angie Jackola (Russell); nine grandchildren: Brandon Brown, Madelyn Wuori, Samantha Wuori, Mortice Fehl, Christopher Wuori, Riley Reck, Thomas Fehl, Peyton Zickovish, and Jessie Estep; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021, from 4:00-6:00pm followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home located at 3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, Illinois 60099
