Obituary of Judy Belanger

Judy L. Belanger, age 65, of Zion, IL, and formerly of Winthrop Harbor, died on Monday, December 24, 2012, at Vista East Medical Center, Waukegan, IL. Judy was born February 4, 1947, in Columbia, South Carolina. She graduated from Zion-Benton Twp. High School in 1965. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia "Patty" Grashen of Kenosha, WI, and Jacqueline "Jackie" (Thurman) Tackett of Zion, IL; grandchildren, Joshua Belanger, Racquel Grashen, Matthew Grashen Jr., and Dawn Grashen; great-grandson, James Jones. Jr.; father and mother, Richard and June Briggs of Winthrop Harbor, IL and aunt, Florence L. (Bob) Rohrs of Antioch, IL. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2012, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL.
