Linda Ann (Cvetnick) Timm, 72, of Kenosha, WI passed away February 8, 2022 at Aurora Health Care in Kenosha.
Linda was born May 19, 1949 in Waukegan, IL. She was a previous resident of Waukegan, Winthrop Harbor and Park City. She attended Mother of God Grade School and Waukegan Township High School and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Humility Church in Beach Park. Linda worked for Crazy Ron’s Mobile Station as a bookkeeper for over 20 years, Northpoint Achievement Center as a care giver at one of the off site group homes and Uline where she retired as a mail carrier. Linda was also famous for her delicious French Pancakes and Potica Cake.
Linda was a very loving and generous woman with a beautiful soul. Fiercely devoted, her kids and family meant everything to her. She loved garage sales; was creative and made beautiful gift baskets; and loved to decorate her home for every holiday. Linda loved Halloween, hosting many parties over the years in her home. She truly was a mother to all and always had a smile on her face. She was so much fun to be around; she was full of mischief and was always the life of the party. Even through her hardships and failing health she kept on smiling and cracking jokes. She will always be loved and missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
Linda is survived by her children, Lisa Timm, Amanda Timm and Anthony Timm; grandchildren, Nicholas Murray, Kyle Murray, Anthony Aiden Timm, Caylee Boehmer, Jakob Stafford and Jason Stafford; great-grandchild, Jordan Gibson-Boehmer; sisters, Dee (Frank) Kuzmickus and Alene Backis; niece, Katrina Kutz and daughter, Mickayla Hampton; nephew, Michael (Bobbie) Stratmoen and son, Gavin; step-daughter, Jackie Timm; goddaughter, Carol Abraham; special childhood friend, Veronica Petrie; and several cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Albert Cvetnick; infant son, Glen Albert Timm; grandparents, Mary and John Kink and Johanna and Frank Cvetnick; brothers-in-law, Donald Stratmoen and Thomas Backis; special friend, Betty Smith; precious cat, Arthur; and many additional fur babies.
Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Our Lady of Humility Church, 10655 W. Wadsworth Rd., Beach Park, IL 60099 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m.
