Donnie Ray Cox, 67, of Zion, IL passed away on March 27, 2023 in Chicago, IL. He was born on November 1, 1955 in Waukegan, IL the son of EG and Mary (Bridges) Cox.
Donnie graduated from high school, and served in the Army. He enjoyed riding his bike and watching sports on tv, but especially Bear's games.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Shebenik; step-father John Shebenik; three step-siblings; and aunt Errline Thorn.
He is preceded in death by his father EG Cox.
A Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL 60099.
