Obituary of Lucille L. Lowe

Lucille Lorraine Lowe, neé Kelly, happily passed on April 1, 2023 after a lengthy illness.  The daughter of Michael A. & Lucille Kelly was born June 15, 1935 in Waukegan, IL. A 1953 
graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School in Kenosha, WI, she was married to Chief Wm A Lowe at the Great Lakes Naval Chapel. 

The parent of Michael H. (Barbara) Lowe, Susan M. (Timothy) Stoodt, and Cynthia A. (Ron) Scott; grandmother of, Jennifer (Bobby) Blankenship, Tiffany (Peter) Ferree, Susan (Michael) Sainski, and Amy (Matthew Rodway) Stoodt; Great-grandmother of; Ethan and Ronni Ferree, Madison, Miranda and Annika Blankenship, and Johnathan and Benny Sainski.

Her devoted husband of 55 years, William, preceded her in death on May 25, 2012.  Her first born great-grandchild Peter Jeffrey Ferree, III, preceded her on April 1, 2003, and her beloved son, Timothy Patrick, preceded her on September 16, 1989.
