Obituary of Harold Birky

Harold J. Birky, formerly of Beach Park, died January 18, 2007 in Pompano Beach Florida. Harold was born October 7, 1917 in Walnut, Illinois. He retired in 1979 after working in Real Estate and insurance for many years, and for North Shore Savings for 17 years. He is survived by his wife LaVonne"Bonnie"Birky; one son Harold "Hal" (Linda) Birky; one son-in-law Lew (Laurie) Edwards; one brother Howard (Juanita) Birky; one sister Ellene Stittgen; sister-in-law Georgie Birky; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father Anna and Samuel Birky; brothers Ray, Lloyd and Ralph; and one daughter Connie Edwards. Funeral services will be held Monday January 22, 2007 at Coral Ridge Church in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
