Diane Bertha Strangberg-Morris, 49, of Kenosha, died October 5, 2007 at Hospice Alliance in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Diane was born August 31, 1958 in Evanston, Illinois. She grew up in Zion and has lived in Kenosha since 1976. Diane retired after 30 years from Snap-on Tools/Credit Corp, LLC. She played softball, volleyball and bowled with various Kenosha leagues over the years. She was an avid water skier and was at home at the lake. Her family of animals will deeply miss her. Diane wished to thank all of her family and friends for their dear and cherished relationships. She is survived by her husband Gary L. Morris; one step-daughter Sabrina L. (Matt) Robison of Aurora, Colorado; one brother Craig M. Streckert of Waukegan, Illinois; one nephew Kevin M. (Jennifer) Streckert and his children Marcus and Kyle of Zion, Illinois; and one niece Jennifer J. (Michael) Hackbarth of Greenfield, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Carl and Gertrude Streckert; and one brother, Gary K. Streckert. Visitation will be held Monday, October 8, 2007 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 4311 104th Street, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m, with Pastor Donald Hackbarth officiating. Entombment will follow at Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice Alliance Inc. of Kenosha, or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
