Obituary of Mabel Clark

Mabel M. Clark, 92, of Zion, died on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Arbor View Nursing Home in Zion. Mabel was born May 8, 1915 to Samuel and Mary Hess in Dahlgren, Illinois. She worked at Warwick Electronics in Zion for eleven years. She was survived by two sons Kenneth (Eva) Gillespie of Zion and Lloyd Gillespie of San Antonio, Texas; three grandchildren; and six-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Sharon Gillespie; her second husband Herman L. Clark; one son Dale Gillespie; three brothers Stanley, William and Aaron Hess; and one sister Mary L. Lull; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be Saturday, November 24, 2007 from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home with interment at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion.
