Obituary of Donald Grana

Donald Ross Grana, 63, of Waukegan, died on Sunday, December 16, 2007 at his home in Waukegan. Donald was born January 22, 1944 in Waukegan. He was a member of St. Anastasia Church. He retired in 1999 after 35 years of service with the City of Waukegan Water Department. Donald was also an avid animal lover. Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Pamela; his mother Gudrun Grana of Waukegan; and two siblings Judith Unitt and Ronald (Elizabeth) Grana both of Waukegan. He was preceded in death by his father Ross A. Grana. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, December 21, 2007 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Memorial donations to Save-a-Pet Adoption Center, 31664 North Fairfield Road, Grayslake, Illinois 60030, has been suggested.
